Here I was getting all my supplies together for the museum outing. I didn’t know what we would be drawing so I didn’t exactly know what to take, but I tried to have a nice rounded out list of a few favorites from every color family. You can see my tiny swatch card on top of my sketchbook. I ALWAYS make one of these because they’re so helpful to have to quickly know what you’ve brought with you. I ended up not even looking at this once though because it was so dark in the museum. I would basically just pull a color out and hope for the best 😂.
Here’s the complete painting of the last sketch I showed in the video that I did from a painting I saw and loved at the museum and here are a couple close up shots. I enjoyed it so much that I think I’m going to do it again and push it even further.
